Learning Law cancellation and refund policy
Updated 1 October 2026
Contact us
Learning Law is operated by UK EDUCATION SPECIALIST LTD, company number 14658015, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email contact@ukeducationspecialist.co.uk for cancellations, refunds or help.
Pre-orders and delivery
Pre-orders are paid in full when you order. All 27 listed Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation and Drafting lessons will be available in the academy by 7 October 2026. Until published, a purchased lesson is marked Coming soon. A purchase confirmation or Coming soon entry does not mean the lesson content has been supplied.
Full refunds before supply
You can cancel an individual lesson at any time before it is supplied and receive a full refund of the amount you paid for that lesson. You can cancel a complete bundle for a full refund before any lesson included in that bundle is supplied. You do not have to give a reason.
For these cancellations, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, unless you expressly agree to another payment method. We do not charge cancellation or administration fees and will not require you to accept store credit.
Your rights after supply
Your statutory cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day the contract is made; any legally extended period still applies. We do not treat account creation, logging in or opening content alone as a waiver of that right. We do not assume that you have agreed to lose cancellation rights.
If a bundle has been partly supplied, contact us to exercise your applicable rights. Opening one lesson does not automatically forfeit every refund right. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule to digital lessons.
Content must meet applicable statutory quality, fitness and description standards. If it does not, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, or an appropriate price reduction, potentially a full refund, where the legal conditions are met. Contact us if content is missing or delayed, including if a purchased lesson is not available by 7 October 2026. Your remedies for a failure to supply what was agreed are not restricted by this policy. Statutory refunds are made within the applicable legal deadlines.
How to cancel or report a problem
Email contact@ukeducationspecialist.co.uk or write to the address above. A clear statement that you want to cancel is sufficient; using the form below is optional. Your order number, purchase email and affected lesson or bundle help us find the purchase. For a content problem, describe what has gone wrong. We will explain the outcome.
A cancellation or refund affects the purchase being resolved, not access held through an independent purchase, manual grant or organisation seat. A price reduction alone does not mean you have agreed to cancel your remaining access. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellation form — adapted for digital lessons
Complete this only if you want to cancel. You can send it by email or post.
